As Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager you will be the part of the highly dynamic and growth orientated organization within the Automotive Refinish Coatings Team in Turkey. The main responsibilities are;
Planning, development and implementation of market segment and key-account strategies, marketing- and business concepts as well as product- and service portfolios according to the Commercial Vehicle Refinish Market business strategy.
Ensuring local team is acting according to market segment and key-account strategies.
Definition and implementation of operational pricing policy (according to the strategic pricing policy) and business planning for key-accounts
Execution of market and competitor analyses. Development and updating of sales and acquisition pipeline tools. Reporting major topics and action plans.
Establishing the interfaces with the country team and EMEA stakeholders’ to develop necessity business solutions
Implementation of market segment and key-account demands within the company at the respective internal interfaces including complaint management.
Collecting and analyzing of the demands from the countries for the market segments
Priorization and following of the demands to the respective internal interfaces
Mentoring and developing of employees where applicable (Leading and coaching of employees according to the LEG-guidelines, support in employees development and qualification)
Min 8 years sales, marketing and technical experience related with the refinish or industrial coatings market
Experience in production and/or after sales market of commercial vehicle/body builders business would be an assest
Fluent in English, German would be an asset
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Strategic thinking, customer oriented
Valid driver’s license and no restrictions to travel
