QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DGPAYS, Turkey’s leading financial technology company, not only it offers the most creative technologies, business models and operational service support in the field of payment system, but also makes technology easily accessible to its users by creating and managing the most efficient service chain.

Especially preferred by banks, e-money companies, mobile network operators, insurance companies and logistics companies; DGPAYS has 55 million debit/prepaid card, ATM and POS 23 thousand 300 thousand mail service used in the workplace and soft and has a solution of Android ecosystem. Since it was founded in 2017; ATM, POS, prepaid card, debit card management software and services in addition to traditional payment technologies such as, digital platforms, electronic wallets, payment gateways, infrastructures, technologies, mobile payments, NFC, QR and POS payment system that accepts payment for the requirements of new generation technologies and solutions.

DGPAYS provides its users with nearly 500 employees, a versatile service environment by providing not only the technological part of digital solutions in the Information Technology world, but also operational support in consulting service with its digital solutions.

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner and solution provider towards his/ her client regarding HR-related topics. S/he performs a fully integrated, comprehensive HR role with a focus on developing talent, providing HR advice and services in line with domain strategic objective. HRBP is also expected to propound ideas for improving the processes, be able to diagnose a problem, analyze options and make quick and effective decisions.

Qualifications:

  • University or master degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business Administration, Psychology and etc.),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (experience in Banking or IT sector is an additional asset),
  • Fluency in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other digital systems,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills,
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy,
  • Having advanced knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law,
  • Analytical and creative thinker and having a  problem solving skills,
  • Having strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing business partnerships on behalf of the Human Resources functions throughout the company, conducting budget process, hiring, training, compensation & benefits processes,
  • Advising on human resources processes and applications,
  • Taking a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes,
  • Follows up the legal regulations related to Human Resources and fulfills the requirements within the company,
  • Supports HR procedure development processes. Keeps procedures up-to-date and makes needful process improvements,
  • Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports requested by top managers according to Human Resources criterias,
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees,
  • Coordinating company general meetings, employee events or activities,
  • Takes an active role in Human Resources projects and supports improvements of all Human Resources activities and processes.
