– Take full ownership of the district and its commercial success via account & product management perspective.
– Lead the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development efforts in the district.
– Follow up risks, payments and all financial & accounting processes of the channel.
– To understand and fully assess client needs and develop targeted solutions.
– To explore new sales opportunities by pursuing inbound and outbound reach-out cycles
– Fluent in written and spoken Turkish & English (English is a must)
– Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills (communication, relationship management)
– Proven competencies in customer focus, negotiation, priority setting and problem solving
– Very good product and market knowledge.
– Advanced skills in MS Office.
