We’re looking for a “Product Manager” for our head office in Şişli. This position will report directly to the our CEO. 
• Maintain seasonal product calendar and budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy based on the overall business and financial goals of the brand, 
• Maintain relationship with the sourcing office and follow up local production processes,
 • Monitors and maintains buying margin and gross profit margins as requested,
 • Participation to showrooms and participation to the constitution of preparing the order list, 
• Support the Go To Market process in all the planning activities across all channels, identifying the Accounts, Channels, and parameters that define the success of Brand Initiative, 
• Track the main seasonal KPI’s providing analysis and comments on trends and provide action point on which field Sales need to react and adjust, 
• Reviews sales forecasts based on performance and revise,
 • Analyses and monitors best and worst sellers and makes informed recommendations for action to maximize profit, 
• Understand the customers needs by channel and uses this information to make considered commercial decisions that positively impacts the profitability of the department & minimises markdown, 
• Supporting the stores and wider team on price changes and returning stock to the warehouse, 
• Create and execute reduction and SALE strategies that will secure profitability and optimal stock levels, 
• Work closely with the related departments on maximizing the inventory and sales on planned events and promotions, 
• Supporting the retail team in replenishment and reviewing the weekly budgets for the stores to increase or decrease replenishment to support the peaks and troughs in trade, 
• Responsible for the operational plan for peak trading periods, owning the critical path to keep teams aligned. 

Responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and risks to timelines are clearly communicated.
 Works with the eCommerce Assistants to ensure the site is prepped for and throughout sale,
• Manages the sales channels stock holding ensuring that stock levels are based on the store maximum capacity and option count, 
• Conducts stock moves between sales channels and warehouses to help maximise sell through and profit, 
• Using data to optimise the sales volume and profitability and controling stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes (WSSI),
 • With Visual Merchandising and E-commerce Assistants, develop and execute product specific and larger collection directives based on sales trends and strategic initiatives as well as retail and client feedback,
 • Use Google Analytics and Power BI to gain insights in customer behaviour and product performance and drive data-driven decisions that will continuously improve our online customer experience, 
• Works closely with Marketing and CRM, sharing in-depth knowledge of product performance and stock status to help inform the comms calendar and align site merch,
 • Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits,
 • Minumum 5 years experience in Product Merchandising field,
 • Experience in Fast Fashion Retail, 
 • An excellent level of written and spoken English, 
• Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel Skill,
 • Excellent command of NEBIM,
 • Strong Knownledge of Google Analytics, 
• Must have strong analytical skills, data driven approach with attention to detail
